ECLIPSE data are now available in dbGaP

The database of Genotypes and Phenotypes (dbGaP) is an online public archive, sponsored by the National Institutes of Health, which provides access to studies investigating the interaction of genotype and phenotype in Humans. The dbGaP includes individual-level molecular and phenotypic data (only available via controlled access), analysis results, medical images, general information about the study, and supporting documents such as research protocols and questionnaires. Researchers can use the available data to understand the pathology and how it relates to the genome, proteome and epigenome. Recently, the core ECLIPSE data have been made available in dbGaP via this link. Further details about individual-level data can be found on the website.
